Our building inspector is a Registered Builder with a Trade background who previously worked as a Building Inspector for the West Australian Government. The inspector also has a Diploma of Building and over 35 years practical building experience in Europe, The Middle East and Australia.

We carry out all our Home Building Inspections on residential properties in a thorough and professional manner, whether for a Practical Completion Inspection for a new home, a Pre Purchase Inspection on the house you want to buy or for a Maintenance Inspection before your Six Year Legislative Warranty Expires.

Home Building Inspections performed by us are Independent, Unbiased and unlike some building inspectors, we are not a franchise and our reports are NOT tick box reports but detailed written inspection reports covering apparent matters that may be of concern.

Our Building Inspector carries out the Inspection in a methodical manner to check everything within the scope of the requested Home Building Inspection Report.
We offer a variety of Building Inspection Reports, such as Pre Purchase, Practical Completion, or Maintenance.

We will also prepare detailed reports for the West Australian Building Commission. Our report types are mentioned in detail on our Services page.An additional service we offer is for clients who may want an opinion on Land Pre-purchase, or a House that the client may wish to renovate or extend.
